H1N1 Flu Vaccine
Now available to everyone older than 6 months old.
H1N1 Flu Vaccine is given on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday,
at the following times:
8:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.
To reduce your wait time, you may download, complete, and bring the following forms with you on the day you receive your vaccination:

CHILDREN (6mos. - 2 years old) - UNAVAILABLE
CHILDREN (2-18 years old) - LIMITED AVAILABILITY
